Since 1968, Union N has stood at the heart of one of Seattle's most culturally vibrant corridors, welcoming neighbors, families, and first-time guests with equal warmth. More than 55 years on, this corner of Renton Avenue still feels like home.
Two Cultures, One Kitchen
Union N honors both Eritrean and Ethiopian culinary traditions under one roof — from fiery kitfo seasoned with mitmita and niter kibbeh to slow-cooked herb-butter alecha kikil. Two related yet distinct cultures, each cooked as it was meant to be.
